Most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

You will be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification, proof of income and at least 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.

All of our apartment units include electric stovetops, microwave, full-sized cloth washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and disposal. Our community amenities include: Resort-Style Pool, Outdoor Social Spaces, Multipurpose Party Room, Conference Room, Breakout Work and Study Rooms, 24-Hour Package Room, Leasing Office, Outdoor Park, Private Garages, Resident Portal, Direct Access to the Erie Canal, along with a Clubhouse and Fitness Center and a Fitness Studio coming soon!

Every apartment unit includes a washer and dryer!

Yes, we allow cats and small dogs. For other pets, please contact us directly!
